Email Signature for Graphic Designers

Nobody scrutinises an email signature like a client who has just hired a designer. Yours is a proof of craft: type hierarchy, spacing, restraint. The irony is that email HTML is the most hostile design medium there is, which is why we built the renderer first.

What a graphic designer's signature should include

  • A typographic signature, name in a confident weight, everything else small and quiet.
  • One portfolio link (your site, not a marketplace profile).
  • Your discipline in the title: "Brand identity & packaging" attracts the work you want.
  • A single accent colour from your identity, used once.

What to leave out

  • Custom fonts, email clients will substitute them and wreck your kerning anyway. Design within the web-safe set like it's a brief constraint, because it is.
  • Embedding your logo at giant size; 100–120px wide reads as confidence.

Work at a practice or firm on Google Workspace? Sincerely can manage every colleague's signature from one template, see how teams use it.
