Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms govern your use of Sincerely. By creating an account or using the free generator you accept them. If you use Sincerely on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

Sincerely provides tools to create, manage and deploy email signatures. We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care, aim for high availability, and give notice of material changes. Client-side deployment depends on third-party surfaces (Gmail, Chrome) that can change without notice; we work to restore compatibility quickly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of those integrations.

Your content

You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store, render and deliver it as the product requires, nothing more. You are responsible for having rights to the images you upload and for the destinations your links point to.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no phishing or deceptive links, no malware, no impersonation. We may suspend accounts that put recipients or other customers at risk, and revoke tracked links used abusively.

Billing

Paid plans bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Seat overages are billed per the pricing page. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; paid features continue until the period ends. On downgrade nothing is deleted, over-limit resources become read-only.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
