Sign in with Google and your domain becomes your organisation. Colleagues who sign in with the same domain join automatically, and the Google Directory fills in everyone's name, title, phone and team. Nobody types a CSV.

Admins design the template and choose which fields members may edit, typically their name, title and mobile. The logo, colours, banner and legal text show a padlock and stay exactly as brand intended, enforced on the server, not just in the interface.
