Email Signature for Insurance Agents
Insurance emails get saved. Clients dig them out at the worst moments, after the flood, the crash, the burst pipe, so your signature should function as a tiny emergency contact card.
What a insurance agent's signature should include
- Licence/registration number as your state or regulator requires on correspondence.
- A clearly-labelled claims line separate from your sales line: "Claims (24h): …".
- The carrier or network you represent where disclosure rules require it.
- Office hours and an out-of-hours route.
What to leave out
- Premium teasers ("ask about our rates!") in service emails, it erodes trust at claim time.
- Tiny grey text for the claims number, it's the one line that must be findable in a panic.
Work at a practice or firm on Google Workspace? Sincerely can manage every colleague's signature from one template, see how teams use it.
