Email Signature for Real Estate Agents

Your email signature closes deals while you sleep: it's attached to every listing you send, every viewing confirmation, every offer negotiation. Buyers forward those emails to partners, parents and solicitors, each one a chance for your details to travel.

What a real estate agent's signature should include

  • A professional headshot, property is a trust business, and a face makes you memorable in a forwarded email chain.
  • Your licence or registration number (required in many US states and by some UK redress schemes, check your local board's advertising rules).
  • A direct booking link for viewings; a Calendly-style link converts far better than "call to arrange".
  • Your brokerage's name and logo as required by your listing agreement.
  • One link to your current listings page, not five links to every portal.

What to leave out

  • Inspirational quotes, they read as filler in a negotiation email.
  • More than one phone number; pick the one you actually answer.
  • The full office address in every email, keep it to your farm area's town and state/county.
