Your org chart already exists
Every competitor's onboarding starts with 'upload a CSV of your employees'. But you already maintain that list, it's your Google Workspace directory, complete with names, job titles, phone numbers, departments, photos and organisational units. A signature tool should read it, not make you retype it.

- An admin connects Google once (read-only directory scopes, never mail access).
- Every member's signature fields populate from their directory record.
- Nightly sync keeps them true: promotions, new phone numbers, renamed teams flow through automatically.
- A human correction always wins: if someone fixes their own job title, sync never overwrites it.
- New joiners get a signature provisioned the day they appear; leavers are deprovisioned the day they disappear, and the seat is freed.

What we read, and what we never touch
We request three read-only Admin SDK scopes (users, groups, org units) and store only signature-relevant fields. We hold no Gmail scopes and can't read a single email. Directory data is used solely to render the signatures you asked for, that commitment is in our privacy policy in Google's own Limited Use terms.
