- HR adds the person to Google Workspace (which they do anyway).
- Overnight, Sincerely's directory sync sees the new account, creates their signature from the template their OU is assigned, and fills their details from the directory.
- They receive one email: 'Your signature is ready' with a one-click install link. No password, no design decisions, no IT ticket.
- When they eventually leave, the reverse happens automatically: signature revoked, seat freed, the day their account is suspended.
